So after a grace period due to the East versus West hockey game, I have hit the Seattle Chiropractor challenge hard since Tuesday.
Shoulders and Arms – Check
Yoga One on One – Check
Legs and Back – Check.
I felt a little wobbly went I arrived at work today. I pushed myself today, and my legs are like rubber bands at this point. I believe it was a bad decision to do Yoga so late last night, followed by an early morning workout.
My clothes have been fitting differently/better, and am so happy I started the process of getting in shape before the baby gets here.
